注文から届くまでどのくらいかかりますか
在庫があるものは1週間以内に発送致しますが、ご注文を頂いてから制作をする方式を取らせて頂いておりますので、日数は2週間〜1ヶ月ほど頂く場合がございます。ご了承くださいませ。
We will ship within one week for items in stock, but we may take two weeks to one month for items that are made after receiving your order. Please understand that it may take 2 weeks to 1 month.
商品にフレーム（額）は付属しますか？
商品にフレーム（額）や額装は含まれておりません。＊ご希望の方は別途お見積りさせて頂きます。
Frames and framing are not included. If you wish to have them, please contact us for a separate estimate.
販売証明書は付属しますか？
GICLEE PRINTには、簡易的な販売証明書（納品書兼）をお送りしております。原画の販売に関しましてはお問い合わせくださいませ。
GICLEE PRINT comes with a simple certificate of sale (also serves as a delivery note). Please contact us for more information regarding the sale of original artwork.
石川真澄氏のサインは頂けますか？
ジークレープリントには表面下部、もしくは裏面に本人直筆でサインをお書きします。
The giclee print will be personally signed and dated at the bottom of the front or on the back.
